Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we are unable to process refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if your lip product arrives damaged, we are happy to assist you.
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at makeuplancosmetics@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return first will not be accepted.
- Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item.
- Upon review, we will either replace the damaged item or offer a refund to your original payment method, depending on availability. If we need you to send us back your order, we'll send you a return shipping label.
Please note, we can only process refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged, and the original product must be unused. We reserve the right to deny a request if these conditions are not met.
Additionally, we are unable to cancel orders after they’ve been placed.
