Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days. 
• Standard shipping is free for orders over $75, and a flat rate of $3.95 applies to orders below this amount.
  
• Only domestic shipping 

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
